We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Jason from beginning to end. He is extremely knowledgeable, diligent, easygoing, and pays attention to every detail. He leaves no stone unturned. He made sure we understood exactly what was going to happen before it happened and took the time to explain the paperwork, the entire process, the possible ups and downs, what could happen and what might not happen, and even the best-case and worst-case scenarios. There were no surprises because Jason made sure we were prepared every step of the way. One of the things that impressed us most was how well Jason knew the market. He knew the comparable homes, what our house could realistically sell for, what buyers were looking for, and exactly how the home should be positioned and listed. He was also extremely helpful when it came to preparing the house for sale. He explained what was worth fixing, painting or improving and, just as importantly, what we did not need to waste time or money doing. Then came the photography, video and marketing of our home, and I have to say, when I saw it, it made me want to buy my own house all over again. The transformation was unbelievable. Jason did an incredible job showing not only what the home was, but what it could be. His photography and video gave a true representation of the house while presenting it at its absolute best. He took a home that needed some repairs and updating and made it feel like a brand-new, warm and inviting place that you could immediately picture yourself living in. And the results speak for themselves. Our home was under contract within three days and for over the asking price. I’m not going to sit here and say that happened simply because our house was so beautiful. I truly believe it happened because of the way Jason marketed it, photographed it, presented it and created excitement around the property. He knew exactly how to make buyers see the home at its absolute best, and it worked. Hal is a phenomenal Sales Advisor. He’s on top of his work when it came to listing my place, answered all my questions and was easily available to reach.
