- Christopher ViensJason and Hal are great at what they do, which is a lot more than just listing a property. After the passing of a family member, we were forced to deal with the long agonizing process of the surrogates court. The process ended up taking a little over 3 years (all the courts fault, no will) . Throughout all this time, Jason has helped at every turn. Taking the time to stay in regular contact with multiple family members, helping maintain and cleanout the property, assisting with the attorneys when they were dragging their feet or unreachable; and most importantly to anybody reading this; getting us far beyond what we would have expected for the property. These guys have a lot of contacts, far beyond a regular residential realtor, many of which came in useful, but the amount of builders and real estate investors in their rolodex, made the actual listing and sale of the property the easiest and most satisfying part.
