Jason and Hal are great at what they do, which is a lot more than just listing a property. After the passing of a family member, we were forced to deal with the long agonizing process of the surrogates court. The process ended up taking a little over 3 years (all the courts fault, no will) . Throughout all this time, Jason has helped at every turn. Taking the time to stay in regular contact with multiple family members, helping maintain and cleanout the property, assisting with the attorneys when they were dragging their feet or unreachable; and most importantly to anybody reading this; getting us far beyond what we would have expected for the property. These guys have a lot of contacts, far beyond a regular residential realtor, many of which came in useful, but the amount of builders and real estate investors in their rolodex, made the actual listing and sale of the property the easiest and most satisfying part. I did not know Jason before this, but after Jason reached out after closing i made me a little glum, that we wouldn't have reason to talk again soon. I can honestly say they earned beyond their commission. I cannot say enough amazing things about Jason! I live in California but was recently faced with having to sell my father’s house in Staten Island after he passed away. Jason cold-called me after we filed our probate petition, and although I was initially skeptical, he easily won me over after a few minutes on the phone.
